I have no idea, since I don't have Guild Wars running yet, but try rebooting and if they doesn't work check your firewalls and what not. Good Luck!

seeing as you can access these forums, im gonan doubt its an internet connection problem. maybe you selected your internet security or your firewall to block GW from accessing the internet. (i did this once with norton after an update. took me 5 hours to figure it out)

Have you changed anything with your internet since it stoped working? Downloaded new files? If you have another computer go and try it, if it's networked thats even better because if it still won't work that proves its your internet. Maby phone your ISP and ask to get help on getting the internet to connect to GW.

I notice that mine does this at times too, but it only does it after I get Net Err=7 and DONT reset my router. Once I reset my router and reopen GW it works fine.

I had the same problem when I first installed GW. My problem was in my wireless router. You have to speciafically allow the port that GW uses to have access to the internet. You can find the info on how to do that on the GW website.

For a better look at this, when I use my routor to open ports make sure you setting the local ip to open the port. For example on this PC its 192.168.0.2, upstairs its 192.168.0.3, down stairs is 192.168.0.1, ect... Some times when IP's get renewed the local addresses will change, go to run and type ipconfig to check.

FWIW it's guaranteed to be a problem with the firewall.

In your browser type something along the lines of 192.168.0.1. Or whatever your base station address is.
